At some point in my hair life I began to experience serious
hair loss and breakage. I couldn’t figure out the root cause and that really
got me apprehensive. I did hot oil treatment, deep conditioned and even did
protein treatment they all seem to work at some point but it was only
temporary. So completely freaked out, I embarked on serious research and landed
on a gold mine. It seems to be working though (At least better than other
things I have tried) but I need more patience and time to see a permanent
result. I will like you to try this with me and lets come back to share our
experiences.
Here is a list of what you need
- 3 raw Irish potatoes
- 2 tsps of Aloe Vera gel/juice
- 2 tsps of honey
- And most importantly a big bag of patience
DIRECTION
- Blend potatoes with little water
- Drain through a sieve to collect the potatoes juice
- Mix with Aloe Vera gel/juice and honey
- Apply mixture to the roots of the hair
- Wear a plastic cap and leave for 2hours or more
- Wash off with your regular shampoo and put a leave in conditioner or hair moisturizer
PS:
For best results, repeat twice a
week. Feel free to share your
experiences.
TILL I SPILL AGAIN…XOXO
Hmmm, all these treatments that involve food, I haven't tried any yet but I will definitely try one soon and blog about it too.

Lol. @Tuke my hair is gradually turning into a person. I won't be surprised if it begins to drink juice and eat meat.
