EMBARRASED TO SHOW YOUR THIGHS AND ARMS: EASY WAYS TO GET RID OF CELLULITES




Cellulite is fast becoming a major problem for female folks just like stretch marks. The most annoying thing is, cellulite is not just a problem of the overweight or plump females but it's also something skinny girls have to put up with.
 
WHAT IS CELLULITE

The name cellulite just makes the whole thing sound like a medical condition. But cellulite is nothing more than normal fat beneath the skin.   • Slow metabolism
  • Lack of physical activity
  • Hormonal changes
  • Dehydration
  • Total body fat
  • Thickness and color of your skin

  • Dieting
  • Exercise
  • Scrub
  • Dry brushing
  • Apple cider vinegar 

LOTIONS:

Some lotions can reduce the appearance of cellulite on your skin. This is not any way a permanent solution. It can only be relied upon temporary.

DIETING:

Eat lots of fruits, green vegetables and foods that contains alkaline and most importantly avoid junk foods. Increase your intake of the following:

  • Vitamin A
  • Green tea
  • garlic
  • Lots of water; atleast 8-10 glasses a day. You can add a slice of lemon to juice it up.
  • Avoid too much salt. Sodium causes fluid retention making cellulite appear even worse.
  • Avoid too much sugar. It gets stored in fat cells and causes them to expand

      Nne, as much as this is an educative topic. you may seriously need to think about how you say some things, it can easily put people off, what is "annoying" about the fact that it's not only over weight people that have cellulite? So you mean it wouldn't be a topic worth discussing if it was just fat people that had it?
